This privacy policy describes how Lead Media OOD ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data of visitors and customers of https://tantra.clinic. We comply with GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, CCPA (California), and LGPD (Brazil).
What we collect
- Quiz submissions: email, first name, audience identifier, primary issue, duration, prior attempts, budget band, country, optional city.
- Purchases: name, email, billing address, last 4 digits of payment method (handled by Stripe — we never store full card details).
- Site usage: standard analytics (GA4) and heatmap data (Microsoft Clarity), only after you accept cookies.
- Communications: email correspondence with our team.
How we use it
- To deliver the program or service you purchased
- To send the email course and updates you have opted in to
- To improve our content and product (aggregated analytics only)
- To comply with legal and tax obligations
Who we share it with
We share data only with the third-party processors necessary to operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), MailerLite (marketing email — only if opted in), Airtable (lead store), Cloudflare (hosting + spam protection), Google (analytics — only after consent), Microsoft (Clarity heatmaps — only after consent). All processors are GDPR-compliant.
Your rights
- Right to access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — correct any inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to data portability — receive your data in machine-readable format
- Right to object — opt out of marketing or analytics processing

Cookies

Data retention
We retain customer data for the duration of your relationship with us plus 7 years (tax compliance). Quiz-only leads who never purchase are retained for 24 months unless you request deletion sooner.
