Whatever you're dealing with — a condition, a question, or just not knowing where to start. Leave your details and we'll get back to you personally, in confidence.
Tantra Clinic is a specialist online clinic for sexual and intimacy issues. We treat tantra as a clinical modality — a 1,500-year-old body-based methodology with a real evidence base — and apply it with the structure, ethics, and clinical review you would expect from any specialist medical service.
Every condition page is editorially reviewed by the Tantra Clinic team, with a clinical advisory board in formation. Every treatment program is delivered with explicit safeguarding policies. Every practice we teach has named lineage and honest evidence framing. Where the evidence is limited, we say so. Where medical care is needed first, we route there.
No incense. No guru. No promises tantra cannot keep. Just the structured practice, the clinical scaffolding, and a path you can actually do at home.
Most patients move through four stages of treatment. We name them so you know what you are in, when. None of these stages is a failure. Each is part of the protocol.
It starts with noticing.
A breath, a hand on the chest.
Reaching across the bed again.
Years later, still meeting.
Body. Breath. Awareness. Connection. In that order. Every treatment program is built on these four pillars and editorially reviewed by the Tantra Clinic team.
Re-establishing felt-sense in the parts of you that have gone quiet.
Five minutes a day rewires more than most people expect.
Being in the body rather than commenting on it.
With self first; with a partner if and when you have one.
Real outcomes
Names changed for privacy, ages and locations real, outcomes measured.
"By week 3 I was waking up with morning erections again for the first time in two years. By week 6 I was initiating sex with my wife instead of avoiding it. I had stopped believing this was a thing that could come back."
"I cried at the end of week 4. I had not realised I had been carrying my body like an apology for fifteen years. The first time I came after that, it surprised me. I had forgotten my body could do that."
"Eight months in we had stopped having sex. We bought the program out of desperation. Week 4 we did the yes/no/maybe conversation and laughed for the first time in six months. We are now twice a week and it is better than year one."
Erectile dysfunction can often be treated without medication when the cause is psychological rather than vascular — online psychological therapy has improved erectile function in a systematic review of trials, and breath, sensate-focus and presence-based practice target the anxiety loop directly.

For people not currently partnered who want to stay sexually alive, build self-erotic capacity, and re-enter dating from a fuller place.

A note from the founder
I started Tantra Clinic because I watched too many people I cared about give up on their own pleasure, their bedrooms, their bodies — and try to make peace with it. They could not all afford a sex therapist. They were not all going to fly to Bali for a retreat. They were not going to keep watching ten different YouTube channels and hoping to piece together a practice on their own.
The ancient practice of tantra has more practical, body-based answers to modern sexual issues than almost anything else I have studied. But it is buried under a mountain of guru theatre and white-linen aesthetic that keeps the people who actually need it locked out.
So we built this. Plain English. Real bodies. Honest about what tantra can and cannot do. Reviewed by clinicians. Done at home, in private, in fifteen minutes a day. Refundable. Calibrated for the issue you actually have, not the issue someone wants to sell you.
