Yoni Reawakening
Return sensation, safety, and pleasure to a body that has gone quiet — at your pace, in private.
The transformation
Before: Numbness, disconnection, sex as something to get through.
After: A pelvis that feels. Choice over your pleasure. A body that is yours again.
Who this is for
- Women experiencing anorgasmia (cannot orgasm at all, or only via specific routes)
- Women with low or absent sexual desire after childbirth, perimenopause, or trauma (cleared by therapist)
- Women who feel disconnected from their pelvis or pleasure
- Women who have done talk therapy and want to add a body-based practice
Who this is NOT for
- Women in acute trauma processing — please complete trauma stabilization with a clinician first
- Women experiencing pelvic pain without medical workup — see your GP first
- Anyone seeking a substitute for psychotherapy (this is adjunct, not replacement)

Real outcomes
- S., 34, mother of two. First orgasm in 4 years. "I had given up. By week 3 I cried because I had forgotten my body could do that."
- A., 47, perimenopausal. Libido returned without HRT changes. "My desire came back not as urgency but as a quiet hum. That is what I had wanted."
- D., 29, post-trauma. Could be touched without dissociating. "Eight months of EMDR got me to the door. This program walked me through it."

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be sexually active to do this?+
No. About 40% of participants are not currently partnered. The whole program works solo.
Will I be expected to use my hands?+
There is one optional self-touch practice in week 2. Fully optional. The program works without it.
I have a history of sexual trauma — is this safe?+
If you have completed (or are stabilized in) trauma processing with a clinician, yes. We provide trauma-aware variations on every practice. If you're in active acute processing, please wait.
Postpartum — how soon?+
Wait for your 6-week medical clearance, then ease in. Many start at 3 months postpartum.
What about painful penetration (vaginismus, dyspareunia)?+
This program helps but is not a substitute for pelvic-floor PT. We recommend doing both.
Can my partner participate?+
Optionally, in week 3. About a third of participants involve a partner.
Refund policy?+
Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
